Based around eight dynamic traits, it offers a personalised report to each employee and an anonymised overview to managers, helping everyone move forward with greater clarity, intention, and confidence.

Unlike fixed traits or personality types, the Change Pathways framework focuses on patterns that can shift and evolve. These are not labels — they’re starting points for reflection and change. The eight traits were carefully selected because they highlight how someone responds to challenge, growth, and uncertainty in a working context:

  • Awareness
    How clearly you see yourself and your habits

  • Balance
    Your ability to manage energy, focus, and priorities

  • Commitment
    The strength of your follow-through and focus

  • Drive
    The internal motivation that fuels your momentum

  • Engagement
    Your emotional connection and willingness to show up

  • Flexibility
    How easily you adapt when circumstances shift

  • Groundedness
    Your steadiness, clarity, and sense of perspective

  • Heart
    The level of compassion and emotional depth you bring to what you do

Each employee receives a confidential personal report showing where they seem to stand across these eight areas. It highlights potential strengths and imbalances and offers thoughtful suggestions on where small shifts might have the biggest impact. It also points them to specific chapters, insights, or journal prompts from the Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes book that are most relevant to them.

For managers, the benefit is equally powerful. Anonymised team-level data offers a snapshot of the group’s overall tendencies — not who scored what, but how the team leans as a whole.
