Users sign up anonymously using only a username and password, and no personal information is ever collected or stored.

Each group is assigned a specific access level (Standard, Pro, or Premium), and progress is only tracked at the group level. Managers can see how many people have completed each section, but never what anyone has written. This ensures full confidentiality while still allowing organisations to understand engagement patterns, encourage participation, and support their teams effectively.

We can create a tailored version of the book — leaving out chapters that aren’t relevant, adding in others, or rewording parts so they better reflect your company’s ethos and the way you talk about things.
