Managers can monitor participation, review responses, and use AI-powered analysis to identify themes, regardless of whether employees have PRO, PREMIUM, or no AI coaching. They can:

Add new users (each requiring content access – online or by paperback).

Manage who receives PRO, PREMIUM, or no AI coaching.

Use AI insights to track progress and engagement.

The Dashboard also offers customisation options, allowing managers to brand company pages, tailor reflective questions, and control AI Coach access. As features expand, it will continue to provide deeper insights and greater flexibility.
